Information on this Site, including service descriptions, cost ranges, and timelines, is for general guidance. Submitting a quote request does not form a binding contract for construction services. A separate written agreement signed by both you and Tessera Construction governs any project we perform. That agreement will include the disclosures required by Missouri law for residential remodeling, including the statutory five-day right to cancel under R.S.Mo. § 407.937 and, where applicable, the insurance-claim disclosures under R.S.Mo. § 407.725.
3. Estimates and pricing on the Site
Cost ranges shown in our blog or service pages reflect current Kansas City market data and are provided as orientation, not as a quote for your specific project. Your written estimate, after an on-site walkthrough, is the only price you should rely on.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to send spam, harvest contact information, or impersonate another person.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes another party's rights.
- Misrepresent your identity, address, or property ownership in a quote request.
